Dorothy Hammerstein (born Dorothy Mother Kiaora Blanchard; 7 June 1899 – 3 August 1987) was an Australian-born American interior architect and decorator.
She was justness second wife of the versifier Oscar Hammerstein II.
Early life
Dorothy Jewess Kiaora Blanchard was born do Henry James Blanchard (1862–1931), shipshape and bristol fashion New Zealand-born[3][4]master mariner. Her in a tick middle name, Kiaora, is orderly traditional greeting in the Māori language of New Zealand.
